I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the beds felt cozy after a long day. The friendly staff provided excellent service, especially the cleaning staff who always had a smile. Breakfast options included pancakes and yogurt, with 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. However, the breakfast could be improved. I noticed the pancake machine ran out of batter during breakfast hours, and the fruit selection was limited. The parking was a bit tricky when I arrived late, as I had to park at a nearby Tim Hortons.

Breakfast options were lacking, heavily laden with sugar and excessive use of disposable plastic utensils that created unnecessary waste. Additionally, the shuttle service coordination was off. we weren't informed that we should wait outside rather than in the lobby, leading to some confusion.

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying how clean the room was and the friendly staff who really made us feel welcome. plus, the hotel is just a short drive away from great outdoor spots like Telford Lake and Fred Johns Park, perfect for a weekend stroll amongst nature.
